Here's one of my favourite twist to the conventional way of slurping a smoothie from a cup- pour
it into a bowl, sprinkle some delicious toppings over and SPOON it into your mouth! It sounds a little weird,
I know, but it's so good & extremely easy to make. All you need is a couple of ingredients and a
kitchen blender or food processor. If you have never had smoothie in a bowl,

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mangoes, sliced/cubed
- 1/3 cup low fat milk
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- toppings of your choice (oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes etc.)
METHOD
- Place frozen mangoes, milk and greek yoghurt into a blender or food processor.
- Pulse a few times to start off, then blend for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides with a plastic spatula and continue blending until everything is incorporated.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and sprinkle your favourite toppings over!
